Westbrooke invests in real estate across the USA through partnerships with experienced, on-the-ground sponsors. We look for thematic and opportunistic real estate transactions with the aim of identifying an asymmetric risk/return profile.
Our investments and experience to date has been into multifamily residential and mobile home parks with smaller investments into industrial and storage properties.

typical investment criteria
- Small to medium sized sponsor groups with a track record in their chosen niche or geographic region
- Value-add transactions that are capable of generating asymmetric returns
- We put great emphasis on capital preservation
- We typically invest 30% – 90% of the equity required for an acquisition or investment
- Our target check size for the equity is $2m-$12m, with a “sweet-spot” of $5m-$8m per transaction (we are comfortable to start smaller and scale as a partner grows)
