Small to medium sized sponsor groups with a track record in their chosen niche or geographic region
Value-add transactions that are capable of generating asymmetric returns
We put great emphasis on capital preservation
We typically invest 30% – 90% of the equity required for an acquisition or investment
Our target cheque size for the equity is $2m-$12m, with a “sweet-spot” of $5m-$8m per transaction (we are comfortable to start smaller and scale as a partner grows)
